physics- i will suggest you to go with schand... most people go with sl arora ... but schand has the best language...

biology-... NCERT is enough but you can

chemistry..- again Ncert is enough but you can buy modern abc or pradeep. organic mainly part 2... but for part 1 you can buy op tandon or modern abc...

Now the important part..... please please please buy Xam Idea in Class XII as all the questions will come from xam idea in boards exam... the exact same questions will be copied and given in you paper... complete one chapter and splve xam idea... dont delay...
