I bought a cell phone 2 weeks ago. When I started using it, after 4 days, it broke down. I returned it to your shop for repair ment and it started working perfectly. But, yesterday it broke again. I went back to your shop to get it back repaired but I found one assistant of your staff behaving impatiently and with discourtesy. He even refused to repair the cell phone.
I want you to take necessary actions required on your staff and also in the performance of your cell phones. I hope you will understand me and take actions required.

Respected Sir,
I am a regular customer in your shop. I bought a cell phone from your shop just a few days ago. Your shop is very renowned in our locality. But the cell phone didn't work at least 1 day since I brought it. It broke down that day suddenly.
You took that simply and repaired that cell phone & the phone worked better for a few days. But yesterday it broke down again. When I went to your shop, your assistant shopkeeper took it very badly & misbehaved with me. I didn't think I would get such behaviour just to repair a phone. He told me that it's not his duty to repair that phone & showed discourtesy to me.
I think you should consider my matter & take necessary actions against that assistant & repair my phone.
