by rubbing the two objects get in contact.... therefore producing some heat... due to friction these two objects get charged
. that's why when any uncharged body gets charged and gets into contact with a charged body.. they get attracted.

basically, the answer is because of friction

Actually when two bodies are in contact
Then they transfer the charges from one body to another due to friction as friction cause charges to transfer

And charge transfer takes place till every body gets equally charged
