Speed = distance / time

==> time = distance / speed

Given :

distance = 8.1 × 10¹³ km

speed = 3 × 10⁵ km/s

time = distance / speed

       = 8.1 × 10¹³ km / 3 × 10⁵ km/s

       = 2.7 × 10 ¹³⁻⁵

        = 2.7 × 10⁸s

The time will be 2.7 × 10⁸s

Hope it helps
