∴ Radius of the outer circle= 3.0+0.5
= 3.5 cm
∴ Surface area = 2πrh+2πr²
= {2×(22/7)×3.5×7} + {(22/7)×(3.5×3.5)}
= 230.91 cm²

then perhaps there is any mistake in the question or in the answer skript of the book but, it is correct because, i have calculated by calculator
