Step-by-step explanation:

according to me there exist two AP , firstly ignore 1

1st series will be 2,4,6,.....106

2nd one will be -3,-5,-7.......-107

firstly find n

an=a+(n-1)d

for 1st series | for 2nd series

106=2+(n-1)2. | -107=-3+(n-1)(-2)

104/2=n-1. | -104/-2=n-1

52+1=n. | 52+1=n=53

n=53

using formula of sum of AP series

for 1st AP. for 2nd series

sn=n(a+l)/2. =53(-3-107)(-2)

=53(2+106)/2. =53×55

=53×54. =2915

=2862

adding 1 to series 1st as it is the sum of series with +ve no.

sn become 2863

since 2nd AP is the sum of all negative num thus can be represented as -2915

adding 2863+(-2915)

we get -52

hope this will help you
