This is a paradox statement.
It is contradicting itself.
Democracy is people's Government.
So, in every decision it is the people who should stand hand in hand with the government.
Any decision can never be enforced efficiently when there is no coordination among people.
A decision to remove corruption completely can never be effective if people do not show their cooperation.
