1)the sum of length and breadth is 36
2)and breadth is 5/7 times length
Find x and y

but i also know something about you XP

that area of a rectangle

=>length × breadth

=> i.e. x×y = xy sq.units

perimeter of a rectangle

=> 2(length + breadth)

=> 2(x+y) units....

and each angle of a rectangle is of 90°.

and diagonal bisect each other....and opposite sides of rectangle are equal.....
