Firstly, find three solutions for the corresponding values of x & y.
1.) Put x= 0,
we've
0+y-10=0
y=10
(0,10)
2.) put y = 0
x+0-10= 0
x =10
(10,0)
3.) Put x=5,
5+y-10=0
y=10-5
y=5
(5,5)

Now plot the above points on a graph.
You'll obtain a straight line, that's your answer.
