i ) let the angle be x
Its complement angle be 90 - x
And supplement angle be 180 - x
Given that 90 - x = 1 / 3 of ( 180 - x )
90 - x = 60 - x / 3
90 - x = 180 - x / 3
3 ( 90 - x ) = 180 - x
270 - 3x = 180 - x
270 - 180 = -x + 3x
90 = 2x
x = 45
so the angle's measure is 45 degree
I can only answer this much.
Hope it helps you :-)

1. let the angle be x
now, (90-x)=1/3 (180-x)
270-3x=180-x
270-180=-x+3
90=2x
x=45'
now, (90-x)=1/3 (180-x)
270-3x=180-x
270-180=-x+3
90=2x
x=45'
