according to me the answer is no because I don't think so

the term noise pollution is not really type of a pollution it means the loud sound which effect on living organism and cause damage and the sound which is produce by us is not enough loud

I think yes because such a unpleasant sound can effect many people. Noise can cause from many sources. Noise pollution can make people deaf and people can face many other problems too. And to decrease noise pollution, we should first of all talk politely to one another and should warn others to not make unpleasant noise in environment.
