when multiplying two powers that have the same base, you can add the exponents and the base is the same.
i hope you understand the rule.
the answers are
a)1  (3/5^-4*3/5^5=3/5^-4+5=3/5^1)
b)1/3^-7=1/3^2x+1 so -7=2x+1 , 2x=-8 so x=-4
and......
when dividing two powers that have the same base, you can subtract the divisor's exponent from the dividend's exponent and the base is the same.
c)x^2=9/16 so x=root(9/16)=3/4
d)4/15^-3=4/15^2x+1 so -3=2x+1, x=-4/2=-2
e)4/5^0=4/5^3x so 3x=0 therefore x=0
