in our lives we are able of observing our problems only because the present human has become selfish beyond limit .no one had an ability to understand what another person is facing of.everyone had a mentality that only they are in problems similarly the postmaster never understood Ali's feeling and valued him.only Ali could understand at that time from what situation he was going through but when same thing happened to postmaster he got sad anxious nd depressed .thus he understood that what Ali had faced from past 5 years .thus we can say only bearer know s where the shoe pinches
