Every year government passes law for the betterment of the society half of them are known and other half eludes us. All the planning and brainstorming are done to come with the nature of the law and its working on a hypothetical situation very rarely few of them are implemented effectively. Events like rape, has run rampant in our country(India) despite various civil and criminal law being enacted every year but due to poor implementation the situation shows not light of improvement.
