because GnRH stimulates pitutiary to release gonadotrophins,i.e., LH and FSH 

LH is responsible for ovulation and maintenance of corpus luteum.

option 2 is not correct because  hypothalamus has no role in development of mammary glands . but it has role in androgen secretion (by LH).
