Answer :

Given :

CGST = Rs 27

SGST = Rs 27

GST = CGST + SGST

= Rs. ( 27 + 27 )

= Rs. 54

Total charge = Rs 354

Taxable value + GST = Total charge

Taxable value + 54 = 354

Taxable value = Rs. 300

Thus,

Rs 54 GST is charged on taxable value Rs. 300

Rate of GST = (GST charged/ Taxable value) × 100

= (54/300) × 100

= (54/3)

= 18 %

Thus,

The rate of GST is 18 %

Hope it helps!
