Open mic on exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, Not a punishment for what you ate.

Answer:

COULDN’T AGREE MORE.

How often have you heard of someone losing weight, only to regain it? When I work with a client in the studio we seek to improve our attitude towards nutrition and exercise. If a client is more in tune with becoming healthier the pressure of weight loss is reduced; when someone is more focused on weight-loss, these results often seem unachievable. I regularly discuss with clients about how important it is to celebrate a good relationship with food, rather than celebrating weight loss itself.

The same can be said for the relationship with exercise. Our role is to introduce a client to quality exercise and movement. Once the focus is shifted to performance our relationship with exercise is then improved. If you enjoy working toward the target, the process is on a whole, easier.

IMPORTANCE OF TECHNIQUE

The role of a personal trainer is to impart years of training experience to their clients so that they can benefit from a fast track process. To help develop muscle memory, improve motor control, and stimulate the central nervous system. It’s our job to teach the right technique and our knowledge of nutrition and the ever changing nutritional guidelines can help you build the right template for your lifestyle. It’s our job to guide you through the process and to be a part of the journey.

So why not start now? The first session doesn’t have to be scary. It’s a sit-down meet, where we can talk about what you want to achieve.
