This is a case of imperative sentence and such sentences are understood to have 'You' as subject.
We can use both positive and negative Question Tags depending upon the sense of the sentence.
Here I have taken it in normal sense and so the question tag would be :
Open the door, will you?
Otherwise, we can also make it as if the meaning is serious or the speaker has serious sense ...then it will be as-
Open the door, won't you?

Why did we use won't ?
We used won't because in the given sentence there is no subject when subject is not given so we use won't.

Question tag is a short term question which answer depend on yes, no otherwise none.
