I mate here is the answer of your question.
if only this information is given than their will no effect in cashbook
Reason :- in books of accounts only financial nature of transaction those can be measured in terms of money are recorded.
But if amount deposited in account is also given than a contra entry will be passed in cash book ( contra entry means debiting and crediting cash book at the same time)
Hence
in debit side of cash book
To cash A/c. (amount in bank column)
in credit side of cash book
By bank a/c (amount in cash column)
