Opinion about dump rubbish near school

School is the place where children learn and obtain knowledge. For this it require a clean environment and fresh air. If garbages are dumped near school it will affect the children in the school and all other people living in the immediate surroundings. Waste water accumulated around garbage help mosquitoes and flues to breed which cause malaria and chikungunya. It will set a wrong example for future generations.So, proper arrangements for dumping rubbish should be made and shouldn't be dumped near school
