Given :

The cost price of 10 kg of rice = Rs 600

The rice sold at a loss as much the selling price of 2 kg  of rice.

To Find :

The sale rate of rice per kg

Solution :

Let The selling price of 1 kg rice = Rs x

So, The selling price of 2 kg rice = 2 × x =  Rs 2 x

The selling price of 10 kg rice = 10 × x =  Rs 10 x

Now,

As  rice sold at a loss as much the selling price of 2 kg  of rice.

i.e Loss =  Rs 2 x

Loss = Cost price  -  Selling  price

∴  2 x  = Rs 600 - 10 x

Or, 2 x + 10 x = 600

Or,          12 x = 600

i.e               x = \dfrac{600}{12}

                x = Rs 50

So,The selling price of 1 kg rice = x = Rs 50

Hence, The sale rate of rice per kg is Rs 50/kg    . Answer
