The Chief Minister and Minister have to take discussion and run the government. we usually hear about them or see them in the news channels or in the papers. however, what day were discussing our have to be approved by the members of the legislative assembly. in a democracy, these member can ask questions, David and important issues, decide where money should be sent ,etc. they have the main authority.
