According to the chapter TWO STORIES ABOUT FLYING we saw that the young seagull wasn't having any confidence he had a fear of falling. He gave up as he thought his wings wouldn't support him. While his mother believed in him. He was stranded alone starving when he saw his mother with a piece of fish in her mouth. She gave her optimism that he could do it. when he took a leap to grab the fish he finally was flying.

On the other hand in THE BLACK AEROPLANE we saw that the narrator was stuck in the heavy storm. With no fuel in his tank his radio and compass not working and having no hope of reaching home he was stuck in the dark clouds. When suddenly he saw a black aeroplane. He thought that the pilot on the plane wanted narrator to follow him. On following that black aeroplane he safely reached the airport. As he went to the control room to know about the pilot who saved his life he got to know that he was the only one who was seen on the radar. WHO knows what he saw but here definitely his hope brought him home.

THIS IS HOW OPTIMISM AND HOPEFULNESS CAN MAKE EVERY TASK POSSIBLE.!
