Subject: Defective Air conditioner

Sir:  

I wish to state that last month on February 1, 2021. I purchased a 1.5-ton branded air conditioner from your store, (Bill no. 340971). At the time of purchase I was told the product was of high quality. I was really very excited about the product.  

However, when I used it I found it not up to the mark; within a month I found that the the AC makes a lot of noise and the cooling is also not effective. I feel I have wasted my money by buying this refrigerator. Kindly replace this AC or have all the faults fixed.
