It was Saturday and my parents were not at home. Being alone I could not sleep peacefully, they had gone forout of town for a work at morning and they told me that they will be coming back next day at evening. Time passed, and it was night, I am afraid of dark, so I decided to eat the dinner fast and go to sleep early so I won't feel frighten. It was 8:00pm I went on my bed to sleep but I couldn't. I could here strange noises coming but I knew it was just the fear of my mind and nothing else! But the feeling you get when you are alone is obviously frightening, so I decided to call my friends at my home. I thought about doing a night out with my friends, since we have holidays of Christmas, I decided that calling my friends at home can be a better option. But I had to take the permission of my parents, I had my mobile, I called them and asked them if I could call my friends for a night out at house. They said alright, but they warned me not to make any noise as it might trouble the neighbours.
There I went to my friend's house in an exciting mood to call for the night out, We were four, we decided to watch a movie so we won't get bored. We watched movies, Played games, Slept for some time, Read books, ate some snacks and it totally took my fearful mood away! I was very happy with my friends. It was a great night! As I was with my friends, I was totally in a happy and cheerful mood! Later we ate some snacks as we were so hungry! My friend had bought some sandwiches to eat, and she had made it herself, and those were tasty! My friends saved me from the boring night and made me happy! It was indeed a great day I won't forget. Next day we all together made some pasta to eat as breakfast, cooking together and that to with friends is a great thing! We later ate it by watching a funny movie! My day was great, surely will never forget that journey.

It was during 2016. We planned a family trip to Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. Kodaikanal is called the 'Queen of hills' in Tamil Nadu. We packed our things for our trip and left home on a Friday eve. We travelled by a tourist van. We were 12 of them. We had so much fun during the journey. Suddenly our van went out of control. A truck came in our way and the driver drove the van into the woods. We were terrified while the van went down the slope of the hills. I held my mother tight so as to protect her. Our van finally stopped after hitting a big tree. There was a pin-drop silence. I couldn't even hear the sound of people's breath. I looked around me to check if everyone is okay. Fortunately, no one had any big injuries. My father got down to check if the driver was okay. He had minor injuries but he was fine. After waiting for an hour, the rescue team finally found us and helped us reach our hotel. The rest of our trip was amazing. It was a . memorable journey and I will never ever forget that journey.
