An honest and a dishonest person are completely opposite to each other in terms of building a vision, making efforts in the direction of realizing the vision and deriving the rightful assessment for the efforts made or results achieved.
Explanation
An honest person is admired for his actions, thoughts, wisdom and intellect. He who is honest, keeps his ethical believes at stake in his every conduct and decisions. This hence sets him apart from the rest of others who are unwilling to pay the price of honesty. Thus an honest person can be relied with responsibilities and he can be entrusted to fulfill his duties in an ethical and spirited manner.
The dishonest person on the other hand has the tendency to figure out ways to evade from responsibility and escape the situations that requires decisions to be made. A dishonest person cannot be entrusted to become a leader as he is not visionary and is engaged into practices that yields short implications. Thus a dishonest person is not admired by others and hence earns dishonor.
