Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I wish to bring to the forest the importance of trees in our life.Climate change and global warming are the realities of the twenty first century.

All these factors take a toll on public health and give rise to various disease. A simple solution to combat this problem is planting trees and protecting them.

We should encourage people to plant more trees and nature them. If all of take a pledge to plant a tree on our birthday then soon we would have a good forest cover. School and colleges could provide incentives to students who take part in tree plantation drives. The government should also demarcate areas for planting trees and provide adequate security measures to safeguard them.

Due to industrialization, we are cutting down many plantations and making the land dry and filled with pollution. Plants help to stop air pollution. Trees are the reason for abundant rainfall in the world. So, we can stop deforestation and plant as many trees as we can. On this earth day, each person should plant at least 20 plants. Plants can make a man life quality life and health.
