Hy,
This is my arena.
I will explain it better as I'm an expert of oral cavity.
I'll brief it up.
1. O/M of diabetes - many periodontal abscess, gingival deposits, root caries, dry socket
2. O/M of Leukemia- bleeding from gums, bad smell, bleeding on slight touch.
3. O/M of scurvy- it occurs due to deficiency of vitamin C. O/M include- poor wound healing, bleeding from gums while brushing, caries.
4. O/M of anemia - paleness of mucosa, difficulty while eating, webs in esophagus.
5. O/M of AIDS- Leukoplakia, Candidiasis, kaposi sarcoma.
