Orbit is an imaginary line where all the planets rotate , but how can all the planets rotate in the spherical shape?

In addition to orbiting the Sun, each planet rotates about its axis, an imaginary line that extends through the planet's center and its north and south poles. Most of the planets rotate in the same direction that they orbit.
