X = amount of water in liters when it is full.

 \frac{4}{5} x -8 =   \frac{2}{3}x

 \frac{4}{5} x -  \frac{2}{3} x = 8

x = 60 liters

liters of water to be added to make it full

 =  >  \frac{2}{3}x = 60 -  \frac{2}{3}(60)

= 20 liters .
