Sub: Supply of school furniture

Sir,

On behalf of the Spring Royatri Public School, I am placing an order for the following items of school furniture:

Dual Desks – 100Teacher’s Table – 10Science Tables -4Wooden Chairs – 50Dustbins – 20

I would be grateful if you supply the above articles at the earliest before the section starts. Please send the bill along with the furniture and we will despatch a demand draft for the amount in the bill in favour of M/s Deepak and Co, Chattisgarh within a week after receiving the articles.
