Pure metals will have highest thermal conductivity(k).It follows as,
Pure metals> alloys>insulators and building materials>liquids>gases and vapours.
K value Range follows as,
Pure metals :10–400 W/m°CAlloys:12–120 W/m°CInsulators:0.023-2.9 W/m°CLiquids:0.2 -0.5 W/m°CGases and vapours:0.006–0.05W/m°C
