Donating Organs
Someone has very poetically said, ' It is in giving; not in getting
Our lives are blest;
It is in serving; not being served
The heart finds its quest.’
Donating body parts after death is the best use of human organs that otherwise just decay. The body without soul is a useless corpse. It is carried it to the crematorium and consigned to the pyre where it is burnt to ashes. According to me burning the human dead bodies to ashes is the grossest misuse. There are so many disabled people in the world who can receive new life if the organs are properly donated after the death. However, owing to lack of awareness and orthodox perception and outlook, people prefer cremating or burying the bodies. It is exactly burning the seeds that can be sowed to have a rich harvest. Some brave people are daring to spread awareness concerning post-death organ donations by being role models. Some organizations are also doing work in this regard. It is the noblest work. I would surely like to donate most of my organs after death. My soul will feel immensely proud for having helped someone live a better life with my wise decision.
