organelle common to both prokaryote and eukaryote are cytoplasm, plasma membrane , ribosomes , nucleus (although in prokaryote it is present as nucleoid)

All cells ,whether they are Prokaryotes or Eukaryotes, have a cytoplasm , plasma membrane, ribosomes and DNA in common.
