Yes, organic manure is better than chemical fertilizers because manures being a naturally derived substance provides a lot more than just nutrients to the soil whereas chemical fertilizers like urea and ammonia causes water pollution, no humus, prepared in factories. So organic manure is much better than chemical fertilizers.
