While working in an organisation people are divided into different groups. The success of each organisation will be depended on the behaviour of people towards each other. If employees do not maintain healthy atmosphere or do not support each other then it will become obstacles in the success of any organisation.

The behaviour of each individual creates impact on others. Positive and healthy organisational behaviour is very important to take important decisions and sort out the issues.

Good behaviour in the organisation inspires each other and motivate to give more than hundred percent. If all the employees work together and there is good communication between them it will create a big positive impact on each and every employee.

It is observed that miscommunication or gap of communication is the major factor of most of the companies who failed to perform well.
