The object is to bring down the competitors' kites. Line cutting, line tangling, and tipping are all acceptable methods. You can organize timed heats, select only the last kite left aloft, or give points for each kite knocked or cut down. See the AKA Fighter Kite Rulebook for details on how to run these events.
