Answer: Organisms 'b' and 'c' are more closely related with each other as compared to organisms 'a' and 'b'.

DNA ( deoxyribonucleic acid) is the genetic material of all living organisms. Organisms who are closely related to each other show more similarities in their DNA sequences. In other words, more is the similarity in the DNA sequences, greater is the genetic relatedness among the organisms.

Therefore, organisms sharing 90% of DNA sequences are closely related as compared to organisms sharing only 50% of their DNA sequences.
