anaerobic organism like virus, bacteria,and other microorganisms fed on water but can't produce it

you thought of photosynthesis but it is respiration in there
. And in the process of respiration food (Glucose) is broken down into CO2, Water and Some amount of ATP.
It's equation is :-
C6H12O6 --------› 6CO2 + 6H2O + ATP
So, you can clearly see that H2O is released.
