Musca domestica is a house fly...and the domestic term used here to signify that this genus is something related with household....
so its a different species...
while here the other one it is canis domesticus (you written it domestica...but the correct is domesticus)...
now its dog...another that different species from the previous one....
returning to your ques...no they can't interbreed as they are different species..
