Every cell in this universe has nucleus. Nucleus is present in every cell whether it is prokaryote or eukaryote but the nuclear membrane is absent in prokaryotes since it is called as primitive nucleus. The nucleus in the eukaryotes has well developed nuclear membrane so it is called as evolved nucleus.
