344(1) and Art.351) it includes 22 languages. They are as follows: Assamese,Bengali,Bodo,Dogri,Gujarati ,Hindi, kannada,Kashmiri,Konkani,Maithili, Malayalam ,Manipuri,Marathi ,Nepali,Odia, Punjabi ,Sanskrit ,Santhali,Sindhi,Tamil ,Telugu ,Urdu. Of these languages, 14 were initially included in the Constitution.
