Two waste products removed from the blood in liver by Ornithine cycle are Ammonia (NH3) and Carbon dioxide (CO2).

The liver contains molecules and enzymes which act on the carbon dioxide and ammonia and changes them to urea, being known as urea cycle.

One cycle takes away two molecules of ammonia and one molecule of carbon dioxide.
