The questions I am going to answer is (A), (C), (E)

A - Carbon tetrachloride is non-polar.

Reason - The reason Carbon tetrachloride is non-polar is that carbon tetrachloride has a symmetric tetrahedral shape. So, the dipole moment in each direction is cancelled out. Therefore, carbon tetrachloride is a non-polar molecule.

C - Ideal gases do not show the Joule-Thomson effect.

Reason - Ideal gases do not show Joule-Thomson effect because there is no intermolecular force of attraction present in them.

E - HF is liquid while HCl is gas.

Reason - When we compare HF and HCl, we can notice that F has a higher electronegativity than Cl. Because of this, more energy is needed to break the hydrogen bonds in HF than in HCl. Hence, the boiling point of HF is more than that of HCl. Because of this, HF is liquid while HCl is gas at room temperature.
