The nitro-group is an electron-withdrawing group. The presence of this group in ortho or para positions decreases the electron density on O-H bond of phenol.
As a result it is easier to loose proton plus after the loss of proton it is stabilised by resonance. Thus ,these two are more acidic than phenol
