TRUE

As Opening and closing of the stomata takes place for the diffusion of the gases Oxygen and Carbon dioxide. Stomata open to take in carbon dioxide during the day and release oxygen. THEREFORE THIS IS KNOWN AS OSMOSIS......

True.

Guard cells, after taking in water become swollen and facilitate opening of stomata.

When Guard cells shrink after loss of water, stomata closes.

This entry and exit of water is due to osmosis
