Osmosis is the movement of water through a semi-permeable membrane and is actually a form of diffusion. So Osmotic potential is equivalent to Water potential.

Water potential:

Water potential is the potential energy of water per unit volume relative to pure water in reference conditions. Water potential quantifies the tendency of water to move from one area to another due to osmosis.

Pressure potential is controlled by solute potential and thus it is also equivalent to water potential
