Explanation:
- Improper food is the one which does not have all the nutrients and isn't part of balanced diet. Also improper food contains elements which cause harm to physical body along with different disorders. High blood pressure, obesity, cardiovascular disease are the common disorders linked with improper food.
- Excessive bacterial growth and cross contamination are two of the main problems that can occur due to poor food handling. Bacterial growth can result from certain foods being left out in the heat too long (e.g. meats), improperly cooking, not consuming foods before the 'use by' date, and so on.
- Here are some ways to make healthy changes in your eating habits: Keep more fruits, low-fat dairy products (low-fat milk and low-fat yogurt), vegetables, and whole-grain foods at home and at work. Focus on adding healthy food to your diet, rather than just taking unhealthy foods away.
- The researchers found that obesity causes stress in a system of cellular membranes called endoplasmic reticulum (ER), which in turn causes the endoplasmic reticulum to suppress the signals of insulin receptors, which then leads to insulin resistance.
