I am Smriti, Product Manager of Gaming firm. Our new product has been recently launched in the market, which was recently reviewed in your magazine.
I respect all the positive and negative past reviews of our products, by your magazine, but sadly we do not affirm well on this review.
The review has ignored all the important positive qualities of the product and was portrayed extremely dangerous by only considering negative qualities. The harm of our product was also exaggerated, which will negatively affect our product sale.
With the review being unfair, I request you to make corrections else legal action will be taken on the account of defamation and loss.
