Given sides of a triangle are x,x + 1, 2x + 1.

We know that semi-perimeter of a triangle = x + x + 1 + 2x + 1/2

                                                                        = 4x + 2/2

                                                                        = 2x + 1.

Given that area of triangle = xroot 10.

We know that Area of triangle =  \sqrt{s(s-1)(s-b)(s-c)}

                        x \sqrt{10} =  \sqrt{2x + 1(2x + 1 - x)(2x + 1 - (x + 1))(2x + 1 - (2x + 1))}

                     x \sqrt{10} =   \sqrt{2x + 0}

                     x \sqrt{10} =  \sqrt{2x}

                   x = 1/5,0.

Hope this helps!
